Instructions for Applying for Advertised Positions 

Support Staff Position Opening Position Title:
Administrative Assistant Academics Division

This regular, full-time, 12 month position reports to the Provost.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with flexible hours during peak periods.

Full benefits, salary from $22,000 - $26,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

1. Provide direct support to the Provost and School Chairs
2. Assist with classroom scheduling
3. Manage internal textbooks and resources inventory
4. Assist with the preparation and documentation for academic meetings and accreditation/program review
5. Telephone duties

Qualifications: BA degree preferred. Previous administrative support service required. Strong organizational and communication skills required. Knowledge of college curriculum and degree programs preferred. MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Windows, COLLEAGUE and WIDS competency preferred.
