On behalf of the Board of Trustees and the entire faculty and staff of The Robert B. Miller College, let me take this moment to welcome you to the Elizabeth H. Binda School of Education. We are committed to providing you with a top-notch intellectual toolkit to help you succeed in the classroom, both as a student and as a teacher!

Why come to Miller College for your degree? We take a strong practitioner-based approach to teacher education. All of our faculty have extensive experience teaching in elementary and secondary schools, and from the very first courses you take in our program, you will be placed with talented mentors in local classrooms to learn first-hand what it takes to become an effective teacher. Our graduates are well known for being among the best prepared new teachers in the field, ready to take on the challenge of creating dynamic, student-centered learning environments with the latest technologies and research-based teaching methods. We feature day, evening and online classes year round to help you build a program of study around your busy schedule. Finally, our small size means that you will receive extensive individual attention from our faculty, who are dedicated to helping you develop into a highly qualified and caring professional educator. Unique individuals deserve unique opportunities, and at Miller College, we believe we make a difference, one learner at a time.

Miller College currently offers a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education degree program, with a variety of majors and minors in Science, Social Studies, Mathematics, Language Arts, Reading, Learning Disabilities and Early Childhood Education. We also offer a number of courses to help currently practicing teachers renew their Professional Certificates. Please follow the link above to see the full range of program options, and see our latest catalog for detailed information on all of our courses and programs of study.

I thank you for your interest in Miller College and encourage you to visit my office when you are on campus to receive a personal welcome to the Binda School of Education.
Sincerely
